Brady's fiscal 2012 sales were approximately $1.32 billion. In December 2012, Brady acquired Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC). PDC is a leader in identification products primarily for the healthcare market. With 1,000 employees, PDC is headquartered in Valencia, CA and has operations in Florida, Mexico and Belgium.
