What's Ahead in 2012

In the year ahead, we plan to continue building and strengthening our human resources programming. Specific priorities for 2012 include:

  • broadening the Women's Leadership Alliance programming beyond Milwaukee, and celebrating the end of one year of activity to highlight accomplishments
  • continuing to roll out our new 360 feedback process to Brady managers and supervisors with the end goal of having personal development plans in place for all employees
  • launching a new wellness initiative to ensure we continue to be an employer of choice
  • expanding our talent development rotational programs for new college graduates by adding a new Sales & Marketing rotation program in addition to our already established rotational programs in Finance and Research and Development
  • integrating our updated Corporate Values into Brady's Performance Management Process by 2013 whereby employees will be reviewed against desired leadership behavior
