2012 in Review

Highlights from our Life at Brady area of sustainable performance in 2012 include:

Refreshing Brady's Corporate Values
Strong values are nothing new at Brady – we've always had, and always will have, strong values. They are part of what has made us successful for nearly 100 years. When we consider the tremendous growth we've experienced as a company over the years, the growth that we further hope to achieve in the future and its impact on our workforce, we know it is imperative to be grounded in a common and relevant set of corporate values. In early 2011 we initiated a refresh process. We began with a listening session with senior leadership to determine what was special to them, what was critical to be maintained and what may be obsolete based on changes in the world and at Brady. After a detailed review process with our global human resources teams and regional business leaders, followed by a quiet time for reflection to be sure that our actions truly matched our words, we rolled out our refreshed values to the global organization. For the first time there is a value dedicated to sustainability (see "Protect Our Future" in the chart below).
